It is known that aerobic exercises strengthen muscles, heals body and even rejuvenates it. But scientists found out that aerobics is more useful not for physical, but emotional state of person.

American psychologists claim that aerobics significantly improves mood and makes people happier. Just 20 minutes of jogging or any other simple exercises are enough for it.

Aerobics can help even people with chronic depression, and people without psychological disorders become less prone to stress, feel calmer and full of forces.

Scientists determined that improvement of mood takes place already in 5-10 minutes after the start of training. But the most important thing is not to overtrain: it can bring opposite effect. Therefore, optimum time for aerobics is 20-30 minutes.

American scientists’ researches have shown that daily consumption of fruit juice can increase risk of diabetes development in women

Women who drink one or several glasses of juice a day, have 18 % higher probability of diabetes development. And those who eat similar quantity of fresh fruits or vegetables, have much lower probability of this disease development.

However, at the same time researches have not proved, that it is only fruit juice that causes diabetes. Therefore, scientists advise not to refuse absolutely from juice consumption, and just limit it. And instead eat more fresh fruits.
